RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

7‑Day Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. To ensure every customer receives brand‑new furniture, all returned items must meet the eligibility requirements below.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unassembled

  • In original packaging

  • In perfect, resellable condition

  • Free of scratches, dents, or wear

  • Complete with all hardware and accessories

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Assembled or used items

  • Items without original packaging

  • Damaged items caused after delivery

  • Clearance or final‑sale items

  • Buyer’s remorse after assembly


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will provide instructions to make the process smooth and safe for your item.


Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, warehouse handling, and quality control.


Refunds

Refunds are issued once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees and credit card processing fees are non‑refundable. This applies to cancellations, returns, refused deliveries, and buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost.

No Warranty

Baha Furniture does not offer any product warranty. Our responsibility is limited to delivery inspection and damage solutions. Once delivery is complete and the item is accepted, Baha Furniture is not responsible for damage, wear, misuse, improper assembly, or environmental conditions.

Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will provide a free replacement. Please send photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you quickly.
