Please inspect your item at delivery. If you notice any damage, send us photos within 24 hours so we can assist you quickly.


Repair Option for Minor Damage

If your item arrives with minor cosmetic damage (such as scratches, dents, or hardware issues), we may offer a professional repair or replacement part at no cost. This option is often faster than replacing the entire item and ensures your furniture arrives in perfect condition.


Replacement for Major Damage

If your item arrives with major structural damage, we will provide a full replacement at no cost. Please send photos within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you quickly.


Optional Paid Repair (Customer Damage)

If damage occurs after delivery or assembly, we can help coordinate a repair with a certified furniture technician. Repair costs are paid directly to the technician.
